Trinamool team seeks bypolls at earliest in WB

A delegation of Trinamool Congress MPs met Election Commission officials on Thursday on the issue of pending byelections in West Bengal. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee needs to be elected to the assembly after having lost the Nandigram seat to BJP’s Suvendu Adhikari who had crossed over to the saffron fold just before the elections.
